ARGH!!! luckily i saw frm my fren blog that SYF result out already..and ngee ann gt Bronze..What e hell, e standard is dropping like mad...2 years ago, I personally watched my juniors play for their syf and they gt a Silver...That's already good...But tis time, bronze!! Getting worried manx! My tuba section is damn impt to e band..i dunno maybe sumtin wrong wif their sound? I hope NOT! My dear Tubists!! Pls work hard, ganbare! Please rise up to the standards that your seniors did b4...
I wish i was there to help them...hmm..haix...Kinda of miss the band after seeing the result..I wan to play as e band, Mrs Chua conducting, omg, relishing those memories~
Funny is Bishan Park played the choice piece that I played during syf 2005 as our choice piece and they gt Silver...while that time we got Gold. But is a 3 1/2 star piece, quite hard some more in btw gt tuba solo~ My favorites pieces till now is Kyklades, Challenge the Skies, Legend of Yao & Seagate Overture. All time fave manx! They really rock ur seats.
